All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After placing an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging that we've received it. This acknowledgement doesn't necessarily mean your order has been accepted.
Unless we tell you otherwise, a contract between you and Unshaken Society is formed when we accept your order and confirm this to you, such as by sending a dispatch confirmation.

- A material pricing or product-description error has occurred

If we've taken payment for an order we subsequently cancel, we'll refund the appropriate amount using the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or applicable to your location.
Prices include applicable taxes where stated or required.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
If we discover a material pricing error before accepting an order, we'll contact you and give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
5. PAYMENTS

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can complete your order.
Payments are processed using the payment services available through our online store.
Unshaken Society does not directly store your full payment card details.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Occasionally, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs procedures, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you're purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel certain online purchases, including rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

- Packaging may occasionally differ from that shown
- Product photography may not reproduce every detail exactly

9. SIZING
Where garment measurements or sizing information are provided, they're intended to help you select an appropriate size.
Please review our Size Guide and relevant product information before ordering.
Minor variations may occur between individual garments as a result of manufacturing tolerances.
10. PRE-ORDERS
Products offered on a pre-order basis will be identified on the relevant product page.
An estimated dispatch date or timeframe will be provided where applicable.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to production, fulfilment or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay affects your pre-order, we'll provide updated information where reasonably possible.
11. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are subject to availability
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only one discount code may be used per order where our checkout restricts combining discounts

Where we would like to reproduce customer or creator content beyond functionality provided by the relevant social platform, we may contact you to request appropriate permission.
